    The Essentials of Management

    Develop your management style, improve your planning skills, and learn how to motivate and lead a team to achieve your organisation's goals, with our 20-week interactive web-based training programme. 

    This course is designed for:

    • Middle level managers of NMHS’s in developing countries. 
    • It is also for people who are not currently managers but want to develop their understanding of the essentials of management, providing a foundation for further career development.

    Aim: The aim of the course is to develop your ability to establish plans and motivate and lead your team to achieve your organisation’s goals.
