This course provides an introduction to the way projects should be managed. 

If you are new to project management it will provide suggestions as to some of the essential records you should develop and maintain to enable you to plan, implement and control projects in your organisation.

This is an optional course for those who have already completed the 10 module 'Essentials of Management' course.

This course reflects the need for all managers to have an appreciation of the fundamentals of finance. It is an introduction and suitable for people who are not financial specialists.
